A deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Full payment will be required If the booking is made within 14 days of the time of stay.
Payment must be received in full 14 days prior to the time of stay.
We accept all major debit/credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is no later than 10:30am, unless expressly agreed otherwise by Caledonia Apartments. Caledonia Apartments may request an additional payment for early check-in or later check-out. Information on the check-in and check-out procedure and access to the accommodation will be provided separately.
The apartment may only be occupied by the guests listed on the reservation. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the apartment. The apartment is for short-term residential purposes only. Bookings may only be made by a person aged 18 years or above and there must be at least one person aged 18 years or above staying in the accommodation.
Guests should take care of the property and leave it in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Our properties are fitted with smoke detectors for your safety.
Caledonia Apartments allow well behaved dogs to our apartment. We ask that you provide notice when booking.
We kindly ask that dogs are kept off beds and seating and that dirty paws are wiped before entering the apartment. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment for extended periods of time. Please ensure all poo is lifted and disposed of appropriately.
There is a £10 surcharge per stay. Please place this in an envelope with your name on and post it in the mailbox at the front door.
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused during their stay, including but not limited to damages to the apartment or its contents.
